About us

Setiabumi Bersaudara is a partnership business officially registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) in 1987. The company was first established in Batas Bengkok, Kuala Sanglang, Perlis by the first-generation founders, Mr. Kasa@Muhyiddin Bin Muhamad and Mrs. Latifah Asariah Binti Shariff Osman. Operations began in the same year. In 2008, Setiabumi Bersaudara moved its operations to No. 13, Jalan Beringin Indah 1, Taman Beringin Indah, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Current Development & Second-Generation Transition

The second-generation leadership started with Mr. Ahmad Khairi in 2013, followed by Mr. Hilmi in 2015 (part-time), Mr. Junaid in 2018, and Mrs. Rafeah in 2024, who contributes mainly to digital marketing.

Today, the business is led by four siblings:

Mr. Ahmad Khairi (5th child)
Mr. Junaid (4th child)
Mr. Hilmi (2nd child)
Mrs. Rafeah (1st child)

The family business is further supported by a team handling logistics, management, offline marketing, and digital marketing—signifying the continuity of the company’s legacy and long-term commitment.

As the second generation, we are committed to continuing this family business with a more dynamic and modern approach while still keeping the traditional concept of supplying goods to rural retail shops. Today, our marketing and distribution network has expanded across Perlis, Kedah (including Langkawi), Penang, Perak, Kelantan, and Terengganu.

We remain dedicated to upholding our family's entrepreneurial legacy, guided by the vision, mission, and values established by the first generation.
